These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "Client") and Health Clinic Able, an Illinois-registered professional services organization ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to use our Services. Memberships may include covered dependents; the account holder is legally responsible for the accuracy and compliance of all members listed under their plan.
Health Clinic Able provides integrated clinical, wellness, and insurance-related services including but not limited to primary care, dental care, nutrition counseling, dermatology, trichology, cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, hormone optimization, and licensed insurance brokerage. Clinical services are delivered by licensed professionals; nothing on our website constitutes medical advice without a direct clinician-patient relationship.
Engaging our clinical services creates a provider-patient relationship subject to state medical board rules. You acknowledge that outcomes vary based on adherence, biology, and lifestyle factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific clinical results.
Our insurance guidance is provided by state-licensed brokers. We are compensated by carriers in the form of commissions; this does not increase your premium. We are not an insurance carrier and do not underwrite policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use at security@healthclinicable.com.
All content, branding, protocols, software, and materials on our website are owned by or licensed to Health Clinic Able and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not copy, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works without written permission.

Our Services may integrate with third-party labs, pharmacies, telehealth platforms, and EMR systems. Use of such services is governed by their own terms. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Health Clinic Able AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Health Clinic Able from any claim, demand, or loss arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in McLean County, Illinois.
Before filing any legal action, you agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation with our team. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, unless a claim qualifies for small-claims court.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed clinical consent forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Health Clinic Able and supersede all prior communications.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated "Effective" date. Material changes will also be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
